新时期高职院校大学生职业指导问题与对策的思考

Reflections on the Problems and Countermeasures of Vocational Guidance for College Students in the New Period

现阶段,国家对高职院校在对大学生进行职业指导中提出了更高的要求,这就要求职业指导人员在思想观念上紧跟时代脚步,对大学生职业指导工作开展深入而系统的研究。以往高职院校在职业指导工作中侧重于实际操作,对开展指导较为薄弱,致使高职院校在深入推进大学生职业指导工作时受到了很大影响。为了使上述问题得到有效解决,亟需对职业指导工作所具有的战略意义予以深刻认知,同时依据高等职业教育特点,强化其理论研究,以此实现对科学工作机制的有效建立。鉴于此,本文便对新时期下高职院校大学生职业指导中的相关问题及解决对策进行深入的思考。

At this stage,the state has put forward higher requirements for vocational colleges to provide vocational guidance to college students. This requires vocational guidance staff to keep up with the times in terms of ideology and concepts,and to carry out in-depth and systematic work on vocational guidance for college students. In the past,higher vocational colleges focused on practical operations in vocational guidance work,which was relatively weak in the implementation of guidance. As a result,vocational colleges were greatly affected when they further promoted vocational guidance for college students. In order to effectively solve the above problems,it is urgent to deeply understand the strategic significance of vocational guidance work,and at the same time strengthen the theoretical research based on the characteristics of higher vocational education,so as to achieve the effective establishment of scientific work mechanism. In view of this,this paper will make in-depth thinking on the related problems and solutions in the vocational guidance of college students in the new period.
