摘要
拥有本土文化技能的教师对任教区域的文化有认同感、有区域生活能力,能对本土文化与课程进行探索与开发,是乡村幼儿园教师的重要技能。在当前国家进一步要求提升专业技能课程的适用性、实践性、职业性的背景下,地方高职师范院校如何培育学生的本土文化技能需要关注。文章从课程设置、专业技能课程的执行、核心技能课程训练、专业技能考评四个方面分析学前教育专业本土文化技能习得存在的问题,并在此基础上提出构建师范类专业技能课程体系、提升专业技能实训中心使用率、构建技能考核评价体系、加强教育实习管理四方面建议。
The teachers who have native culture professional skills will have a sense of identity of the teaching region,and have regional life ability and can explore the native culture,which is an important skill of rural kindergarten teachers. Under the background that the country further requires to improve teachers’ applicability,practicality and professionalism of professional skills courses at present,the local teachers’ colleges of higher vocational education should pay attention to routes of native culture professional skills cultivation. This article makes an analysis of the problems of preschool education specialty from curriculum design,executing skill course,training of core skills course and skill evaluation system,then constructing curriculum system,improving actual training centers’ usage rates,constructing assessment evaluation system,strengthening management for educational practice on this basis.
