高职院校思想政治教育共同体构建研究

The Construction of the Ideological and Political Education Community in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校思想政治教育共同体是教育主体基于共同的理念和目标,在思想政治教育过程中逐步形成的相互依存、相互协作、相互促进的宏观组织形态的有机体。具有主体多元性、目标一致性和共效应性等特征。基于共同体理论、协同理论和PDCA循环质量管理理论,提出构建思想政治教育共同体路径策略:进行顶层设计,形成战略共同体;建立目标任务责任体系,形成行动共同体;开展绩效管理,形成利益共同体。

The ideological and political education community in higher vocational colleges is the organism of the macro organization form of interdependence,cooperation and mutual promotion gradually formed by the educational subject based on the common idea and goal in the process of ideological and political education. It has the characteristics of subject pluralism,intersubject,goal consistency and co-effect. Based on community theory,synergy theory and PDCA cycle quality management theory,this paper puts forward the paths of constructing ideological and political education community including carrying out toplevel design and forming strategic community,establishing target task responsibility system and forming action community,carrying out performance management and forming interest community.
