多层次渗透法对高校思政教育成效实证研究

摘要 思想政治教育作为提升学生思想水平,帮助学生建立稳定的情感认知水平和实现社会探索的重要思想保证。但高校思想政治教育开展多年来,不断面临新情况与新形势,现教育成效滞后时代发展要求。针对当前教育现状,笔者独创性地提出"多层次渗透法",并通对我校2015-2016级500名学生和10名教师进行长达3学年的跟踪观察和实验干预对该法的思想政治教育成效进行实证研究,结果表明:该法使学生情感认知水平更稳定,对思想政治教育实践能力有影响。 Ideological and political education as an important ideological guarantee to improve students’ ideological level,help students establish a stable emotional cognitive level and realize social exploration. However,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been developing for many years,constantly facing new situations and new situations,and the current education effect lags behind the development requirements of the times. In view of the current situation of education,the author creatively puts forward the"multi-level infiltration method",and conducts an empirical study on the effect of the method on ideological and political education through three-year follow-up observation and experimental intervention on 500 students and 10 teachers of 2015-2016 in our school. The results show that the method makes students’ emotional cognition level more stable and has an impact on the practical ability of ideological and political education.
