网络学习平台的学习成效评价问题及对策研究

On Problems and Countermeasures of Achievement Assessment of On-line Learning Platform

网络学习平台因其智能化、数据化、即时性等特点,在学习成效评价方面与传统评价相比具有极大优势,在教育信息化热潮中是关注的焦点。然而,网络学习平台亦有其短板。本文基于网络学习参与理论,讨论了网络学习平台在学习成效评价方面现存的问题,包括评价内容局限性;系统机评一刀切;自评互评、诚信监控难以大面积铺开;评价欠全面等。同时,本文还针对网络学习平台学习成效评价现存不足提出相应对策,如推行个性化、多选择的评价形式及内容;尝试多样化、不受班级限制的自评及互评形式;提升平台评价功能的诊断与预测能力,强化监督管理功能等。

Characterized as intelligence,immediacy,and big data,on-line learning platform enjoys advantages over traditional teaching and learning in achievement assessment. However,there are also defects. The article analyzes problems in achievement assessment of on-line learning platform,in accordance with the theory of on-line participation. The problems include a noncomprehensive achievement assessment with limitation of assessment content,one-size-fits-all automatic rating,limits in selfassessment,peer assessment,and trustworthiness evaluation through monitoring,etc. Countermeasures are proposed,such as personalized multi-choice assessment content,various self-assessment and peer assessment far beyond known classmates,enhancement in functions like diagnosis,prediction and monitoring in teaching and learning.
