突发公共事件的发生对教育教学的影响是巨大的,稍不注意就会使教育教学系统瘫痪,严重影响我国社会稳定和经济发展。因此,在公共事件发生时,应快速做出有组织、有计划、有目标的应急机制方案,尽力将突发公共事件对教育事业的影响降到最低。本文对突发公共事件对教育教学的影响以及突发公共事件中教育教学应对机制的意义与重要性进行了深入分析,并对新型冠状病毒疫情期间我国教育教学应对机制和完善措施进行了探讨。望此文能够增强我国高等职业院校突发公共事件应对机制的完整性,保障职业院校的教学质量。

The occurrence of public emergencies has a great impact on education and teaching. A little inattention will paralyze the education and teaching system. This has seriously affected China’s social stability and economic development. Therefore,when a public event occurs,an organized,planned and targeted emergency mechanism plan should be made quickly. We should try our best to minimize the impact of public emergencies on education. This article discusses the impact of public emergencies on education and teaching as well as the significance and importance of education and teaching coping mechanisms in public emergencies. It also discusses the education and teaching response mechanism and improvement measures during the novel coronavirus epidemic.It is hoped that this paper can enhance the integrity of the response mechanism to public emergencies in China’s higher vocational colleges to ensure the quality of teaching in vocational colleges.
