商事制度改革背景下企业简易注销制度研究

Research on the Simple Cancellation System of Enterprises under the Background of Commercial System Reform

2015年5月,国家大力推行商事制度改革,这标志着商事制度改革在我国正式开始。改革期间政府对市场经济进行放权,将市场准入标准降低,在进行管理过程中将原有的“事前监管”改变为“事中、事后监管”。改革后市场机制中仍存在许多不足,其中企业简易注销制度并不完善,本文针对企业简易注销制度进行探讨,以供参考。

In May 2015,the country vigorously promoted the reform of the commercial system,which marked the official start of the reform of the commercial system in my country.During the reform period,the government decentralized the market economy,lowered market access standards,and changed the original"pre-regulation"to"in-event and post-event supervision"in the management process.There are still many shortcomings in the market mechanism after the reform.Among them,the simplifi ed cancellation system of enterprises is not perfect.This article discusses the simplifi ed cancellation system of enterprises for reference.
