摘要
牛蒡子苷是从中药牛蒡子中分离的木脂素,是牛蒡子中主要的活性成分,已经发现牛蒡子苷具有抗炎、免疫调节、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等活性,其在医学上对于糖尿病、肾病和部分神经退行性疾病也有一定的疗效。本文综述了最近几年国内外对于牛蒡子苷的药理作用以及生物活性的研究,并探讨了牛蒡子苷作为一种饲用资源的应用前景,以期为合理开发应用牛蒡子苷资源提供理论参考。
Arctiin is a lignan isolated from the Chinese medicine burdock and is the main active ingredient of burdock.It has been found that arctiin has anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,anti-viral,anti-tumor and other activities,and has a certain curative effect on diabetic nephropathy and some neurodegenerative diseases.This paper summarizes the pharmacological effects and biological activities of arctiin in recent years at home and abroad,and discusses the application prospects of arctiin as a feed resource in order to provide a theoretical reference for the rational development and application of arctiin.
