一种机加车间减振支撑装置的设计

摘要 针对精密生产车间重量重的大件放置于刚性固定支架上时产生的振动对精密机床精度产生影响的问题,设计了一种减振支撑装置。介绍了此装置的结构、特点、工作原理以及预期效果。解决了采用传统承重的刚性固定架在瞬间放上重量重的大件时引起较大振动的对精密机床精度产生影响的问题。 Aiming at the problem that the vibration generated when the heavy heavy parts in the precision production workshop are placed on the rigid fixed bracket affects the precision of the precision machine tool,a vibration damping support device is designed.The structure,characteristics,working principle and expected effect of this device are introduced.It solves the problem that using traditional load-bearing rigid fixing frame to cause large vibration when placing heavy heavy parts in an instant has an impact on precision of precision machine tools.
