摘要
对企业的员工进行培训实际上是优化人力资源结构的重要措施,在实际的员工培训过程中主要以知识、技术、品性、道德等方面进行专业的辅导培训,以此更好地提高其综合能力,进而保证员工能够按照预期的标准或水平完成所承担或将要承担的工作与任务。风电检修企业所面临的检修环境较恶劣,因为本文主要基于当前风电检修企业培训体系建设中存在的问题进行优化方案的探讨。
training for enterprise employees in fact is one of the important measures to optimize human resource structure in the actual process of staff training mainly in knowledge and technology,character,moral professional counseling training,in order to better improve their comprehensive ability,thus ensure employees to perform as expected standard or level are taking or will undertake the work and tasks.The maintenance environment faced by wind power maintenance enterprises is relatively poor,because this paper mainly discusses the optimization scheme based on the existing problems in the current construction of training system for wind power maintenance enterprises.
