光伏发电工程造价管理探讨

目前在电力系统中,应用太阳能发电较为成熟的技术主要是光伏发电技术,光伏发电是利用太阳能电池组件将太阳能直接转化为电能,充分的推广应用光伏发电技术,能够方便的为无电、缺电地区人民提供照明及生活用电,同时也可与地区电网并网实现互补,对于提高电力系统整体运营水平有着积极的意义。在光伏发电工程设计建设施工过程中,由于多方面因素的影响,其工程造价管理一直是制约光伏发电成本的重要问题。鉴于此,本文主要分析光伏发电工程造价管理。

at present in power system,the application of solar power is relatively mature technology is primarily a photovoltaic power generation technology,photovoltaic power generation is the use of solar modules convert solar energy directly into electricity,the popularization and application of photovoltaic power generation technology fully,can be convenient for people without electricity,the power shortage areas to provide lighting and electricity,but also can implement complementary with regional power grid interconnection,to improve the operating level of power system is of positive significance.In the design,construction and construction of photovoltaic power generation project,due to the influence of many factors,its project cost management has always been an important issue that restricts the cost of photovoltaic power generation.In view of this,this paper mainly analyzes the cost management of photovoltaic power generation project.
