浅析幼儿心理学课程的有效教学策略

摘要 近些年来,幼儿教育在我国教育事业发展改革中占据着越来越重要的地位。幼儿的成长环境越来越复杂,部分幼儿已经出现了明显的心理问题,比如孤僻、自私、喜欢推脱责任、依赖心理过重等等,需要通过专业的幼儿心理学扭转孩子的不良心理。对此,幼师专业必须要通过丰富的理论教学与专业实践实施幼儿心理学,全面优化幼师专业学生的职业意识,为幼儿的健康成长培养一批优秀人才。本文将分析幼儿心理学教学存在的问题,并从使用真实案例引入幼儿心理学知识、借助实习体验深化幼儿心理学理论、组织学生辩论树立幼儿心理学概念三个角度分析中职幼儿心理学课程应如何实现有效教学。 In recent years,early childhood education is playing an increasingly important role in China's educational development and reform.Children's growing environment is becoming more and more complex.Some children have obvious psychological problems,such as being withdrawn,selfish,like shirking responsibilities,and relying too much on psychology.Professional preschool psychology is needed to reverse children's bad psychology.In this regard,kindergarten teacher major must implement preschool psychology through rich theoretical teaching and professional practice,optimize the professional consciousness of kindergarten teacher major students in an all-round way,and train a group of excellent talents for the healthy growth of children.This paper will analyze the problems existing in preschool psychology teaching,and analyze how to realize effective teaching of preschool psychology courses in secondary vocational schools from three perspectives:introducing knowledge of preschool psychology by using real cases,deepening the theory of preschool psychology by virtue of practice experience,and organizing students to debate and establish the concept of preschool psychology.
