摘要
针对突出参数测定过程中预测效率低、审批时效性差、数据管理信息化程度低等问题,研发了新型瓦斯突出参数仪,搭建了突出参数传输网络,开发了突出参数集约管控平台,实现了突出参数的自动测定和无线上传、报表的自动生成和在线审批、突出参数的网络共享和信息化管理,形成了一套全新的数据采集、传输及管理模式。现场应用表明:突出参数快速测定及管理技术有效提升了矿井的防突工作效率和信息化管理水平,为矿井的高产高效、智能化发展奠定了良好基础。
Aiming at the problems of low prediction efficiency,timeliness of approval,and low level of management information in the process of outburst parameters measurement,new type of gas outburst parameters instrument is developed,outburst parameters transmission network is built,and intensive control platform for outburst parameters is developed,which realized automatic measurement and wireless upload of outburst parameters,automatic generation and online approval of reports,and network sharing and information management of outburst parameters.Finally,a new set of data collection,transmission and management mode is formed.The field application shows that the rapid measurement and management technology of outburst parameters effectively improves the outburst prevention efficiency and information management level of the mine,and lays a good foundation for the high-yield,high-efficiency and intelligent development of the mine.
