血清趋化因子IP-10、Mig在慢性重型肝炎中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of serum chemokines IP-10 and Mig in chronic severe hepatitis

目的探讨血清趋化因子干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)、迁移诱导蛋白(Mig)在慢性重型肝炎中的诊断价值。方法选取2017年3月至2019年1月西安市第八医院特管病区收治的慢性重型肝炎患者52例作为研究对象,另抽取健康体检人员26名作为对照组,通过标本采集,检测血清趋化因子和肝穿刺细胞中IP-10、Mig与慢性重型肝炎的相关性。结果从肝纤维化程度发现,处于轻度坏死的患者占比较高,S1和S2分别为36.54%和38.46%,坏死程度上发现,G1轻度坏死程度占比较高为34.62%;随着慢性重型肝炎坏死程度和纤维化程度的不断加重,IP-10和Mig的表达不断上升,恶化最为明显的是S3G3和S4G4,IP-10及Mig表达值较对照组均有显著上升(P均<0.05);肝炎细胞趋化因子IP-10、Mig与慢性重型肝炎的严重程度呈正相关,慢性重型肝炎病变越严重,IP-10、Mig越高(P均<0.05)。结论血清中趋化因子IP-10、Mig水平越高,肝部坏死程度和纤维化程度越高,慢性重型肝炎就会越严重。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum chemokines interferon inducible protein 10(IP-10) and migration inducible protein(Mig) in chronic severe hepatitis.Methods 52 patients with chronic severe hepatitis treated in the Special Ward of Xi’an Eighth Hospital from Mar. 2017 to Jan. 2019 were selected as the research objects. Another 26 healthy persons were selected as the control group. The correlation of serum chemokines, IP-10 and Mig in liver puncture cells with chronic severe hepatitis was detected by collecting samples. Results The degree of liver fibrosis was found to be higher in patients with mild necrosis(36.54% for S1 and 38.46% for S2), and 34.62% for G1. With the aggravation of the degree of necrosis and fibrosis in chronic severe hepatitis, the expression of IP-10 and Mig increased, and the most obvious deterioration was S3 G3 and S4 G4, and the expressions value of IP-10 and Mig were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05). The severity of chronic severe hepatitis was positively correlated with the chemokines IP-10, Mig and the severity of chronic severe hepatitis. The more severe the chronic severe hepatitis, the higher the levels of IP-10 and Mig(all P<0.05). Conclusion The higher the levels of IP-10 and Mig in serum, the higher the degree of hepatic inflammation and fibrosis, the more severe chronic severe hepatitis will be.
