摘要 以ZYJ7+SH6双机牵引道岔为例,通过对ZYJ7+SH6型转辙机正常启动曲线分析,并与常见故障曲线进行比对,阐述信号维护人员在日常维护中如何通过分析转辙机启动曲线了解道岔运转情况,可以提前发现设备存在的隐患并处理,保障现场设备的运转质量。以及在发生故障时如何通过对道岔启动曲线的分析,准确快速定位故障,减少故障处理时间。 Taking ZYJ7+SH6 double-heading traction switch as an example,this paper compares with common failure curves through the analysis of normal starting curve of ZYJ7+SH6 type switch machine,explains how does signal maintenance personnel to understands the operation of the turnout by analyzing starting curve of switch machine in daily maintenance.Therefore,hidden dangers of the equipment can be found and handled with in advance,in order to ensure the quality for the operation of field equipment.This paper also represents how to locate the faults accurately and quickly by analyzing the starting curve of the turnout when the fault occurs,and reduce the fault processing time.
