不同分子分型乳腺癌超声造影的影像学特点及其意义 被引量:2

Characteristics and clinical significant of contrast-enhanced ultrasound of breast cancer in different molecular types

摘要 目的:探讨不同分子分型乳腺癌超声造影的影像学特点及其意义。方法:抽取2018年1月至2018年12月临汾市中心医院收治的女性乳腺癌患者80例,依据免疫组化分为Luminal型、Her-2过表达型、TN型三种分子分型。所有患者均给予超声造影检查,分析三种分子分型乳腺癌的超声造影特点。结果:80例患者分子分型以Luminal较多,占42.50%(34/80)。Luminal型、TN型、Her-2过表达型患者的超声造影在增强是否均匀、增强方向、增强强度、边缘增强特点方面比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.861、6.348、61.980、61.233,P=0.008、0.042、0.001、0.001)。结论:Luminal型、TN型、Her-2过表达型的乳腺癌超声造影呈向心方向由低至高增强,可为临床分子分型的诊断提供影像学线索。 Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical significant of contrast-enhanced ultrasound of breast cancer in different molecular types.Methods Eighty female breast cancer patients admitted to Linfen Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.They were divided into Luminal type,Her-2 overexpression type,and TN type based on immunohistochemistry.all were given contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.Three molecular types were analyzed for the characteristics of contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Results The molecular typing of 80 patients was more Luminal,accounting for 42.50%(34/80).The characteristics of Luminal type,TN type,and Her-2 overexpression type contrast-enhanced ultrasound were compared,such as whether the enhancement was uniform,the direction of enhancement,and the intensity of enhancement and edge enhancement characteristics,the differences were significant(χ^2=13.861,6.348,61.980,61.233,P=0.008,0.042,0.001,0.001).Conclusions Luminal type,TN type,and Her-2 overexpression type breast cancer contrast-enhanced ultrasounds are concentric and enhanced from low to high,which can provide imaging clues for the clinical molecular typing diagnosis.
