布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者肺功能及血气指标的影响

Effects of budesonide combined with terbutaline nebulized inhalation on lung function and blood gas parameters in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者肺功能及血气指标的影响。方法:抽取2017年2月至2019年12月在晋中市第一人民医院接受治疗的AECOPD患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。两组均给予特布他林雾化吸入,对照组加用地塞米松,观察组加用布地奈德,观察两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比例(FEV1/FVC)、血气指标[血氧饱和度(SaO2)、氧分压(PaO2)]及不良反应(发热、恶心、皮疹)情况。结果:治疗后,两组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC值、SaO2、PaO2值均较治疗前高,且观察组较对照组高,观察组不良反应意低于现象较对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对AECOPD给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗可有效调节肺功能,改善血气状况,有利于促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the effects of budesonide combined with terbutaline nebulized inhalation on lung function and blood gas parameters in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 96 patients with AECOPD who received treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Jinzhong from February 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 48 cases.The two groups were given terbutaline aerosol inhalation,dexamethasone was added to the control group and budesonide was added to the observation group,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC),the first second forced expiratory volume accounted for(FEV1/FVC),forced vital capacity,blood gas index[blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)]and adverse reactions/fever,nausea,rashes of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the values of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,SaO2 and PaO2 in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The adverse reaction rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation on AECOPD can effectively regulate lung function,improve blood gas analysis,and promote the recovery of patients.
