摘要 为了提高工程机械产品的安全性能,结合故障预测与健康管理技术,提出基于数字孪生的工程机械产品健康检测方法。建立可准确反映当前工程机械产品状态的数字孪生模型,通过分析数字孪生模型,实现对工程机械产品的状态预测,从而提前发出故障预警。通过建立QTZ40塔机的数字孪生模型,运用基于数字孪生的工程机械产品健康检测方法对其进行健康检测。实验数据表明:基于该检测方法可有效实现机械故障预警和诊断,提高了塔机的安全性,解决了工程机械传统健康检测方法的不足,为同类工程机械故障诊断问题提供了解决方案。 In order to improve the safety performance of construction machinery products,combined with fault prediction and health management technology,a health detection method of construction machinery products based on digital twin is proposed. This paper establishes a digital twin model which can accurately reflect the current status of construction machinery products. By analyzing the digital twin model,the state prediction of construction machinery products can be realized,and the fault warning can be given in advance. By establishing the digital twin model of the QTZ40 tower crane,the health detection method of construction machinery products based on the digital twin is used to detect its health. The experimental data show that the method can effectively realize the early warning and diagnosis of mechanical faults,improve the safety of tower cranes,solve the shortcomings of traditional health detection methods of construction machinery,and provide solutions for similar fault diagnosis problems of construction machinery.
