摘要 为探究丝瓜络的承载方向对其压缩力学性能的影响,参考GB/T 10807—2006和GB/T 6669—2008试验标准,研究了丝瓜络柱段的承载方向对压陷硬度、压缩变形特征、形状回复率及压缩永久变形的影响,并将该材料与沙发常用海绵材料的相应性能进行了对比。结果表明:两种密度的丝瓜络材料的承载方向对其压陷硬度、压缩变形特征、24 h后形状回复率及压缩永久变形都有显著影响。研究结果可为设计以丝瓜络为填充材料的环保型座垫提供理论依据。 In order to explore the influence of the bearing direction of the loofah on its compression mechanical properties,the bearing direction of the loofah column on the indentation hardness,support factor,shape recovery rate and compression set was analyzed with reference to the GB/T10807—2006 and GB/T6669—2008 test standards.The corresponding performance between the loofah and the sponge for sofa was also compared.The results show that the bearing direction of the loofah with two different densities have significant effects on the indentation hardness index,support factor,shape recovery rate after 24 hours,and compression set.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of environmentally friendly seat cushions with loofah as filling material.
