Based on the status of spare parts management in nuclear power plant,this paper analyzes the important function and significance of parts coding.For electrical corporation,under the condition of continuously strengthening lean management requirements,in order to ensure the production demand,spare parts management has become particularly important.The core of spare parts management is part coding,which is helpful to realize the whole process control of supply chain.The management ideas in this paper can provide reference for the relevant personnel.
