摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视企业的绩效管理工作。为了进一步提高绩效管控效率,必须要根据实际情况将其合理地应用于企业中,将其作为人力资源管理的关键手段,提升工作人员的积极性以及满意度,提高企业的经济效益。基于此,论文主要针对绩效管理对企业经济效益的影响进行简要分析,并提出合理化建议。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the country has attached more and more importance to the performance management of enterprises.In order to further improve the efficiency of performance management,it is necessary to apply it reasonably in the enterprise according to the actual situation,and treat it as a key means of human resource management,it can enhance the enthusiasm and satisfaction of staff,and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Based on this,the paper mainly analyzes the impact of performance management on the economic benefits of enterprises,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
