Six Sigma is a very advanced management strategy.It was first put forward by Bill Smith,who worked in Motorola enterprise,and then it was introduced into China in the process of economic globalization,which has been applied in various industries in China.This paper will discuss the application of Six Sigma management strategy in the management of machining enterprises.
