摘要
目前,随着我国经济的不断发展,我国在各个领域所获得的成就与奇迹早已经在世界上获得了足够的目光,而我国之所以能够取得这样的经济奇迹,自然离不开各个行业、企业的支持,但是很多企业在发展中依然存在一系列的问题,为了能够促进企业的发展,应引进CRM客户管理系统。基于此,论文主要对CRM客户管理系统的优势与发展进行深入研究,以供参考。
At present,with the continuous development of China's economy,our achievements and miracles in various fields have already gained enough attention from the world,and the reason why we can achieve such economic miracles in our country is naturally inseparable from the support of various industries and enterprises,but many enterprises still have a series of problems in their development.In order to promote the development of enterprises,we should introduce CRM customer management system.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the advantages and development of CRM customer management system,for reference.
