摘要
论文就国有企业人力资源培训体系构建的问题以及相关的优化措施进行了分析,希望对提高我国国有企业人力资源管理工作的水平,充分发挥企业人力资源的作用等方面有所启示和帮助。
This paper analyzes the problems of constructing human resource training system of state-owned enterprises and the relevant optimization measures,hoping to give some enlightenment and help to improve the level of human resource management of state-owned enterprises and give full play to the role of human resources of enterprises.
