医院行政职能科室绩效评价方案的探索

摘要 国务院办公厅发布《关于加强三级公立医院绩效评价工作的意见》,文件要求三级公立医院加强和完善医院管理体系。医院依据三级公立医院绩效评价指标要求,探索切实有效的医院内部绩效评价方案,实现三级公立医院绩效评价引导医院内部绩效评价,从而提高医院运营效率和管理质量。设计行政职能科室绩效评价方案是近期较为关注的话题,有效的绩效评价将提升行政管理人员的工作效率和服务质量,并将对医院的运营效益、品牌竞争力的提升提供强有力的支撑。 The general office of the state council issued"opinions on strengthening the performance evaluation of three-level public hospitals",the document requires three-level public hospitals to strengthen and improve the hospital management system.According to the requirements of the performance evaluation index of the three-level public hospitals,the hospital explores the effective internal performance evaluation scheme of the hospital,realizes the performance evaluation of the three-level public hospitals to guide the internal performance evaluation of the hospital,so as to improve the efficiency and management quality of the hospital operation.The design of performance evaluation scheme of administrative departments is a topic of concern in recent years.Effective performance evaluation will enhance the efficiency and service quality of administrative staff,and provide a strong support for the improvement of hospital operation efficiency and brand competitiveness.
