摘要
用气相分子吸收光谱法对水中的总氮进行测定,相关系数大于0.9990、重复性相对偏差小于5.0%、加标回收率在95%~110%之间、检出限为0.022 mg/L,方法的精密度小于相关环境质量标准限值,检测取得了较好结果。
The total nitrogen in water is detected by gas-phase molecular absorption spectroscopy.The results show that the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9990,the repeatability relative deviation is less than 5.0%,the recovery rate is 95%~110%,and the detection limit is 0.022 mg/L.The precision of the method is less than the limit value of relevant environmental quality standards,and good results are obtained.
