混凝土湿喷机械手在长大隧道中的应用

The Application of Concrete Wet Spraying Manipulator in Long Tunnels with Large Section

隧道是交通基础设施的重要组成部分,由于长大隧道的特殊性,建设难度比较大。传统技术无法保证施工质量、进度的需求,因此需要采用混凝土湿喷机械手。论文先介绍混凝土湿喷机械手工艺,再分析施工效率和质量,最后提出问题和改进建议。

Tunnel is an important part of traffic infrastructure.Because of the particularity of long tunnel with large section,it is difficult to construct.Traditional technology can not guarantee the construction quality and progress,so it is necessary to use concrete wet spraying manipulator.This paper firstly introduces the wet shotcreting technology,then analyzes the construction efficiency and quality,and finally puts forward the problems and improvement suggestions.
