摘要
在锅炉正常运行时,烟道与炉膛都会承受一定程度的压力,如果发生非正常情况,则会导致锅炉受到严重的冲击力,为了能够有效避免烟气压力脉动与燃烧振荡所造成的炉谱低频振动情况,应建立整体性的锅炉膨胀中心,为了能够达到这一要求,必须要建立完善的刚性梁体系。基于此,论文主要对超临界锅炉刚性梁的设计特点进行分析,希望能够为相关人士提供帮助。
During the normal operation of the boiler,the flue and the furnace will withstand a certain degree of pressure.If an abnormal situation occurs,the boiler will be subjected to severe impact.In order to avoid the low frequency vibration of furnace spectrum caused by flue gas pressure fluctuation and combustion oscillation,an integral boiler expansion center should be established.In order to meet this requirement,a complete rigid beam system must be established.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the design characteristics of the supercritical boiler rigid beam,hoping to provide assistance to relevant personnel.
