涉农民营企业在农业产业化中的作用

The Role of Agriculture-Related Private Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization

农业产业化是我国农业发展到一定阶段的战略选择,是推进传统农业向现代农业转变,加速农业现代化的有效途径。作为国民经济的重要成分,越来越多的民营企业参与农业产业化进程中。然而,涉农民营企业面临的项目土地征用困难、农村基础设施建设不完善、农产品深加工赋税重、涉农民营企业管理效率低下和涉农企业信用担保机制不完善等问题,严重制约着农业产业化的发展。鉴于此,论文以湖南省为例,分析涉农民营企业参与农业产业化发展的现状及问题,并提出相关政策建议。

Agricultural industrialization is a strategic choice for China's agricultural development to a certain stage,and an effective way to promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and accelerate agricultural modernization.As an important component of the national economy,more and more private enterprises are participating in the process of agricultural industrialization.However,the land acquisition difficulties faced by the agriculture-related private enterprises,the imperfect rural infrastructure construction,the heavy taxation of agricultural products deep processing,the inefficient management of the agriculture-related private enterprises,and the imperfect credit guarantee mechanism of the agriculture-related private enterprises have severely restricted the development of agricultural industrialization.In view of this,this paper takes Hunan Province as an example,analyzes the current situation and problems of agriculture-related private enterprises participating in the development of agricultural industrialization,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
