摘要
在新经济时代背景下,现代企业要想取得进一步的发展就需要不断地对自己的体制和内部的结构进行完善和创新,其中就包括人力资源方面的改革创新。为了适应新的经济环境,企业应该加强对人才的培养,找到一条人力资源管理新的模式和途径。论文针对新经济时代背景下企业人力资源管理进行创新的必要性展开探究,进而提出一些可行的创新方法,为企业提供参考。
Under the background of the new economic era,if modern enterprises want to achieve further development,they need to constantly improve and innovate their own system and internal structure,including the reform and innovation of human resources.In order to adapt to the new economic environment,enterprises should strengthen the training of talents and find a new mode and way of human resources management.This paper explores the necessity of enterprise human resources management innovation under the background of the new economic era,and then puts forward some feasible innovation methods to provide reference for enterprises.
