Analysis of the Disaster Prevention and Reduction Capacity of Grassroots Township Government

基层乡镇政府主要负责地区的灾害管理工作,通过建立防灾减灾的有效机制,相关人员对于当下基层乡镇政府所具备的防灾减灾能力进行全面分析,从而从根本上增强政府的防灾减灾意识,只有这样,才能够推动农村地区经济可持续发展。在对应急管理机制不断完善的同时,相关人员应根据地区的实际情况建立灾后处理体系。论文对基层乡镇政府防灾减灾的特点进行探讨,并提出与之相对应的防灾减灾措施。

Grassroots township government is mainly responsible for regional disaster management work.Through the establishment of an effective mechanism for disaster prevention and reduction,relevant personnel can comprehensively analyze the disaster prevention and reduction capacity of the current grassroots township government,so as to fundamentally enhance the government's awareness of disaster prevention and reduction.Only in this way can we promote the sustainable economic development in rural areas.While continuously improving the emergency management mechanism,relevant personnel should establish a post-disaster handling system based on the actual situation in the region.This paper discusses the characteristics of disaster prevention and reduction of grassroots township government,and puts forward disaster prevention and reduction measures corresponding to the characteristics.
