大数据是新兴的发展方向,也是发展的必然趋势。大数据已经渗透到各个行业和人民大众的生活中了。未来的时代是大数据的时代,大数据的价值和作用会越来越显著。电信运营商作为产业链渠道与中间合作者,必须抓住机遇进行战略转型。论文对电信运营商的大数据运营情况进行分析,从加大大数据基础设施建设和大数据的技术研发投入、开展与政府部门及终端商的合作,提供创新的大数据产品以及提高内部人员大数据应用和管理能力等方面提出电信运营商的大数据发展对策。

Big data is an emerging development direction and an inevitable trend.Big data has penetrated into various industries and people's lives.The future era is the era of big data,the value and role of big data will be more and more significant.As an industry chain channel and intermediate partner,telecom operators must seize the opportunity to carry out strategic transformation.This paper analyzes the big data operation of telecom operators,and puts forward the big data development countermeasures of telecom operators from the aspects of increasing big data infrastructure construction and big data technology R&D investment,carrying out the cooperation with government departments and terminal providers,providing innovative big data products and improving big data application and management ability of internal personnel.
