精细化治理视角下深圳基层社会治理研究

Research on Shenzhen Grassroots Social Governance from the Perspective of Fine Governance

深圳经济和社会高速发展,积累了巨额社会财富,社会结构发生了深刻调整,公民个体意识逐步觉醒,自由和个性发展愈发强烈。与此同时,深圳处于我国对外开放的前沿,毗邻港澳,多元价值在此激烈碰撞,主流价值观受到的挑战越来越大。2019年“香港修例风波”是前车之鉴,社会矛盾和问题处理不当、不精准,极易导致社会秩序失控,社会建设的前期成果付之一炬。作为“中国特色社会主义先行示范区”的深圳,有责任探索一条有中国特色的、有引领示范意义的精细化基层社会治理之路。

Shenzhen's rapid economic and social development has accumulated huge amounts of social wealth,profound adjustments have been made to the social structure,individual consciousness of citizens has gradually been awakened,and the development of freedom and personality has become stronger.At the same time,Shenzhen is at the forefront of China's opening to the outside world,adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao,where multiple values collide violently,and mainstream values are being challenged more and more.In 2019,"Hong Kong's turmoil"is a lesson,improper and inaccurate handling of social contradictions and problems can easily lead to an out-of-control social order and the early achievements of social construction will be destroyed.Shenzhen,as the"first demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics",has the responsibility to explore a road of fine grassroots social governance with Chinese characteristics and leading demonstration significance.
