miRNA-381在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

Research progress of miRNA-381 in malignant tumors

miRNA是一类非编码RNA,在细胞增殖、凋亡以及分化过程中扮演着十分重要的角色。其中miRNA-381(hsa-miR-381)是近年来新鉴定的出的一种miRNA,miR-381的编码基因位于14号染色体的长臂上,属于miR-154基因家,最早发现于胃癌。有研究表明,miR-381在肺癌、肝癌、结肠癌和骨肉瘤等恶性肿瘤中异常表达,提示其在肿瘤的发生和进展中起重要作用。本文就miR-381与恶性肿瘤的相关研究进展作一综述。

miRNA is a kind of noncoding RNA,which plays a very important role in cell proliferation,apoptosis and differentiation.The miRNA-381(hsa-miR-381)is a kind of new micrornas which is identified in recent years.The encoded gene,originally found in the stomach,which belongs to the miR-154 gene family,is on the long arm of chromosome 14.Several studies have shown that miR-381 has abnormal expression in lung cancer,liver cancer,colon cancer,malignant tumors and other osteosarcoma,which plays an important role in the occurrence and progress of tumor.This paper summarizes the research progress of miR-381 in multiple malignant tumors.
