盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理治疗方法在抑郁症患者中的应用效果

Effect of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets combined with psychotherapy in patients with depression

目的探讨盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理治疗方法在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年2月收治的住院及门诊治疗的75例患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为三组,每组25例。第1组给予单纯盐酸文拉法辛缓释片治疗,第2组给予心理干预,第3组给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理干预治疗。比较三组患者治疗前后睡眠质量及心理状况的变化状况。结果治疗后第3组患者的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于第1、2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后第3组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于第1组和第2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选取盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理治疗可有效减轻抑郁患者的症状,有效改善患者的生活状态,加速患者恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets combined with psychotherapy in patients with depression.Methods A total of 75 inpatients and outpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into three groups,25 cases in each group.Group 1 was given Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets,group 2 was given psychological intervention,and group 3 was given Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets combined with psychological intervention.The changes of sleep quality and mental state of the three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The anxiety self-assessment chat and depression self-assessment scale scores of patients in group 3 after treatment were lower than those of group 1 and group 2,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores were lower than those in group 1 and group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and psychological treatment can effectively reduce the patients′depression symptoms,effectively improve the patients′living condition,and accelerate the patients′recovery.
