本文回顾性分析1例泌尿系统结核伴泌尿道感染案例的诊疗过程,临床药师针对患者经验性抗感染治疗以及目标性治疗药物的合理选择等方面发挥自身的专业特长,协助临床医生制定并及时调整抗感染药物治疗方案,旨在促进临床个体化用药,提高药物治疗效果,保障患者用药安全。

The diagnosis and treatment process of 1 case of urinary nodules with urinary tract infection was retrospectively analyzed,and the clinical pharmacist give play to their professional expertise in experiential anti-infective therapy and rational selection of targeted therapeutic drugs for patients,and assist clinicians in formulating and timely adjusting anti-infective drug treatment plan,aiming at promoting clinical individualized drug use,improving drug treatment effect,and ensuring drug safety of patients.
