党内政治文化建设是党的建设的灵魂工程,是新时代全面从严管党治党的迫切要求。当前,党内政治文化建设面临的困境有:政治认知偏差导致理想信念不坚定,多元思想冲击导致不良政治文化滋生,监督约束乏力导致党内政治生活不严肃等。要破解困境,推进新时代党内政治文化朝积极健康的方向发展,始终保持党的先进性和纯洁性,必须在强化党性教育、正确选人用人、严肃党内政治生活、完善制度机制、利用媒体融合等方面同向发力、整体推进。

The construction of inner-party political culture is the soul project of Party building,and it is the urgent requirement of Party self-governance in the new era.At present,the difficulties of the construction of inner-party political culture include:the deviation of political cognition leads to the unsteadiness of ideals and beliefs,the impact of multiple thoughts leads to the growth of bad political culture,the lack of supervision and restriction leads to the non-seriousness of inner-party political life,etc.In order to solve the dilemma and develop a positive and healthy inner-party political culture in the new era,and always maintain the progressiveness and purity of Party,we must make efforts and push forward in the aspects of strengthening Party spirit education,selecting the right cadres,seriously the inner-party political life,perfecting the system,and using the media integration.
