摘要
目的探讨基于改良早期预警评分(MEWS)的管理模式在急诊留观患者风险管理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年7月至12月本院急诊留观且行MEWS急诊留观管理的45例患者作为研究组,选取2018年1月至6月本院急诊留观且行常规留观流程管理的患者45例作为对照组,记录两组留观期间意外事件发生情况,统计两组急诊留观患者分流去向,比较不同分流去向患者MEWS评分。结果研究组急诊留观期间意外事件发生情况显著低与对照组(8.89%比28.89%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组转入专科病房或抢救室患者MEWS评分均比留观区患者更高,而转入抢救室患者MEWS评分又显著高于转入专科病房患者。结论对急诊留观患者应用基于MEWS模式进行管理,可客观、科学评估患者病情,避免留观意外事件发生,为急诊留观患者分流提供依据。
Objective To explore the application value of management mode based on improved early warning score in risk management of emergency patients.Methods Forty-five patients who were admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from July to December,2018 and who were under the emergency management of MEWS were selected as a study group.From January to June,2018,45 patients who took emergency treatment and routine management procedures at our hospital were selected as a control group.The incidences of accidents during the observation period of the two groups were recorded,and the diversions of the two groups’emergency patients were calculated.The MEWS scores of the patients from different diversions were compared.Results The incidence of accidents during the emergency observation period was lower in the study group than in the control group(8.89%vs.28.89%;P<0.05).In the study group,the MEWS scores of the patients transferred to the routine wards or rescue room were higher than that of the patients in the observation area,and the MEWS score of the patients transferred to the rescue room were significantly higher than that transferred to the routine wards.Conclusion The application of MEWS mode for emergency patients can objectively and scientifically assess their conditions,avoiding the occurrence of accidents and providing references for emergency patient diversion.
