脉络宁注射液联合阿替普酶对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学的影响

Effect of Mailuoning injection combined with atexin on hemorheology in patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨脉络宁注射液联合阿替普酶对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学的影响。方法选择2018年3月至2019年5月在本院治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的患者94例,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各47例。对照组接受阿替普酶治疗,观察组在此基础上联合脉络宁注射液治疗。观察两组患者治疗疗效、血液流变学、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及改良RANKIN量表(mRS)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.62%(44/47),高于对照组78.72%(37/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者PV、HS、FIB、EAI水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PV、HS、FIB、EAI水平分别为(1.02±0.03)ng/L、(2.83±0.14)mmol/L、(2.72±0.08)g/L、(3.73±0.46)ng/ml,均低于对照组(1.35±0.04)ng/L、(4.55±0.17)mmol/L、(4.57±0.12)g/L、(7.24±0.46)ng/ml,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者NIHSS、mRS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS、mRS评分分别为(3.24±1.46)分、(0.74±0.09)分,均低于对照组(8.62±1.37)分、(1.43±0.16)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论脉络宁注射液联合阿替普酶应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者疗效较佳,能够有效改善患者的血液流变学,促进患者神经功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Mailuoning injection combined with atexin on hemorheology in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods From March,2018 to May,2019,94 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated at our hospital were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group were treated with atexin,and the observation group with Mailuoning injection and atexin.The therapeutic efficacies,hemorheology,and scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Modified RANKIN Scale(mRS)in both group were observed.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(93.62%vs.78.72%;P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the levels of PV,HS,FIB,and EAI as well as the scores of NIHSS and mRS between the two groups before the treatment(all P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of PV,HS,FIB,and EAI,as well as the scores of NIHSS and mRS,were lower in the observation group than in the control group[(1.02±0.03)ng/L vs.(1.35±0.04)ng/L,(2.83±0.14)mmol/L vs.(4.55±0.17)mmol/L,(2.72±0.08)g/L vs.(4.57±0.12)g/L,(3.73±0.46)ng/ml vs.(7.24±0.46)ng/ml,(3.24±1.46)vs.(8.62±1.37),and(0.74±0.09)vs.(1.43±0.16);all P<0.05].Conclusion Mailuoning injection combined with atexin is effective in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.It can effectively improve the patients’hemorheology and recovery of neurological function.
