I-TAC/CXCR3生物轴在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测趋化因子配体人干扰素诱导T细胞α亚族(I-TAC)及其受体CXC趋化因子受体3(CXCR3)在甲状腺乳头状癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达差异,初步探讨I-TAC/CXCR3生物轴在甲状腺乳头状癌发病过程中的作用及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术(S-P法)分别检测65例甲状腺乳头状癌组织及其相应癌旁甲状腺组织中I-TAC、CXCR3的表达情况;分析I-TAC、CXCR3的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌患者常见临床病理特征的关系。结果I-TAC在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的阳性高表达率为47.7%(31/65),显著高于其在癌旁组织中的表达30.8%(20/65),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CXCR3在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的阳性高表达率为44.6%(29/65),显著高于其在癌旁甲状腺组织中的表达26.2%(17/65),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);I-TAC在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达水平与有无淋巴结转移等明显相关;而CXCR3在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达水平与TNM分期、肿瘤组织分化程度等密切相关,两者表达均与患者年龄、性别、包膜浸润以及肿瘤大小等无明显关系。结论I-TAC/CXCR3生物轴在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中存在异常表达;I-TAC/CXCR3生物轴在甲状腺乳头状癌的发病过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of I-TAC/CXCR3 biological axis in human papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods Immunohistochemical technique was employed to determine the expression sof I-TAC and CXCR3 in the cancerous and paracancerous tissues of 65 cases.The relationship between expressions of I-TAC and CXCR3 on one hand and the common clinicopathological features of the thyroid cancer patients on the other hand were analyzed.I-TAC.Results The positive rate of I-TAC in the PTC tissue was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissue[47.7%(31/65)vs.30.8%(20/65);P<0.05].The positive rate of CXCR3 in the PTC tissue was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissue[44.6%(29/65)vs.26.2%(17/65);P<0.05].The expression of I-TAC in the PTC tissue was not related to lymph node metastasis;while the expression of CXCR3 in the PTC tissue was closely related to TNM stage and tumor differentiation degree;both were not significantly related to age,gender,and tumor size.Conclusion There is abnormal expression of I-TAC/CXCR3 biological axis in PTC tissue,and I-TAC/CXCR3 biological axis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PTC.
