眼科手术室日间手术管理模式的探索

Management modes of day-time surgery at ophthalmic operation room

目的探索一套相对科学合理的手术室日间手术管理模式,以适应眼科专科医院日间手术的大规模开展,并实现医疗质量安全管理。方法以患者为中心,以信息驱动流程,建立基于手术安全三级核查模式的围手术期信息管理平台,实现医疗质量控制、手术安全管理。结果通过以围手术期信息管理系统为核心的管理模式,在不断优化流程的过程中,实现了手术申请的全覆盖和手术核查的零错误。结论通过手术信息管理平台的建立,眼科专科医院在较少投入的条件下,完成日间手术的流程改造,实现大规模日间手术的开展。

Objective To explore a set of relatively scientific and reasonable day-time management modes in operation room which leads to adaption to the large-scale implementation of operation at ophthalmic specialist hospitals,and to achieve medical quality and safety management.Methods With patient-centric and information-driven process,a perioperative information management platform based on the three-level verification mode of operational safety was established to achieve medical quality control and operational safety management.Results Through the management mode with perioperative information management system as the core,full coverage of surgical applications and zero error of operational verification were achieved by the process ofcontinuous optimization. Conclusion Through the establishment of a surgical information management platform,our hospital has completed the process transformation of day-time operation and implemented the large-scale daytimesurgery under the condition of less investment.
