基于三级妇幼保健院评审标准日常统计学指标的BI信息系统的建立和应用效果分析

Establishment and application effect of BI information system based on daily statistical index of evaluation standard of tertiary maternal and child health care hospitals

目的三级妇幼保健院评审日常统计学指标信息化平台的建立和应用效果分析。方法依据《三级妇幼保健院评审标准及实施细则》建立完善BI信息系统,通过基于病案首页数据来源的BI系统,实现对《三级妇幼保健院评审标准及实施细则》第六章日常统计学指标的数据采集、汇总分析,比较该平台使用前后医疗保健护理管理质量的改进效果。结果BI系统运行后科室质量安全指标台帐统计耗时缩短,运行前后统计耗时分别为4~7 d、0.5~1.0 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医疗保健质量安全指标监测结果明显改善,运行前后住院重点手术平均住院日分别为9.01 d、6.79 d,运行前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);科室管理者对科室质量安全监测控制过程中,数据收集、分析、整理,科室质控水平改善满意,运行前后满意度分别为84.34%、98.26%,运行前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于三甲日常统计学指标的BI系统信息化平台的建立和应用,实现了医院质量管理体系的信息一体化,促进医院质量管理体系信息化、科学化,提高医疗保健护理管理关键质量指标统计时效性、准确性,有利于持续质量改进。

Objective To establish and analyze the application effect of the information platform of daily statistical index in the evaluation of tertiary maternal and child health care hospitals.Methods BI information system was established and improved according to the Evaluation Standard and Implementation Rules of Tertiary Maternal and Child Health Care Hospitals.Through the BI system based on the data source of the first page of the medical record,the data collection,summary,and analysis of the daily statistical indexes of chapter 6 of the Evaluation Standard and Implementation Rules of Tertiary Maternal and Child Health Care Hospitals were realized.The improvement effects of the quality of medical care management before and after using the platform were compare.Results After the BI system was run,the time for statistical ledger of department quality and safety indicators was shortened:the time before was 4.0-7.0 days,and the time after 0.5-1.0 day,with s statistical difference(P<0.05).The monitoring results of health care quality and safety indicators were significantly improved.The hospital stay after key operations was 9.01 d before,and 6.79 d after,with s statistical difference(P<0.05).In the process of quality and safety monitoring and control,the data collection and analysis and department quality control were improved with satisfaction,and the satisfaction was 84.3%before and 98.26%after,with s statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The establishment and application of the information platform of BI system based on the daily statistical index of tertiary maternal and child health care hospitals have realized the information integration of hospital quality management system, promoted the informatization andscientization of the hospital quality management system and improved the timeliness and accuracy of the statisticsof the key quality indicators of medical care and nursing management, which is beneficial to the continuousquality improvement.
