应用型本科院校产学研协同育人模式构建研究

Research on the Construction of Cooperative Education Mode of Enterprises,Colleges and Research Institutions in Application Oriented Universities

产学研协同育人是应用型本科院校培养高质量人才的重要途径,是推进高等教育快速发展的必由之路。文章简述协同育人模式各参与主体的角色定位,并从科学设置专业及课程内容、注重专业教师队伍建设、以就业为导向有效推进产学研合作、完善产学研合作长期运行机制等方面,对应用型本科院校产学研协同育人模式的构建策略进行研究。

Collaborative education of production,teaching and research is an important way to cultivate high-quality talents in application-oriented universities,and the only way to promote the rapid development of higher education.This paper briefly describes the role orientation of the participants in the collaborative education mode,and studies the construction strategy of the collaborative education mode of Application-oriented Universities from the aspects of setting up majors and curriculum content scientifically,paying attention to the construction of professional teachers,effectively promoting the cooperation of industry,university and research,and improving the long-term operation mechanism of the cooperation.
