我国鸡源沙门菌血清型和耐药性及其耐药机制的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 沙门菌作为我国重要的食源性病原菌,不仅威胁家禽养殖业的持续发展,也严重威胁着人类健康。沙门菌血清型种类众多,不同血清型对鸡的致病性不同,确定沙门菌血清型对沙门菌病的针对性治疗具有重要意义。抗菌药物的大量使用和滥用,导致沙门菌对特定抗生素的耐药性增高,并出现多重耐药菌株,通过对沙门菌耐药机制的分析有助于寻找新的临床耐药沙门菌株治疗的方法。文章通过对鸡沙门菌的血清型、耐药性以及常用于治疗沙门菌病的β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类、氟喹诺酮类、四环素类抗菌药物耐药机制的研究进展进行阐述,以期为我国鸡沙门菌病的防治提供参考。 Salmonella(S.) spp. as an important foodborne pathogen in China, not only threatens the sustainable development of poultry industry, but also seriously threatens human health. Many kinds of serotypes for S. spp. were found,and different pathogenicity were observed. It is of great significance to determine the serotype of S. spp. for the target treatment of salmonellosis. With the overuse and abuse of antimicrobial agents, S. spp. resistance to specific antibiotics have increased and multiple drug-resistant strains have emerged, the analysis of resistance mechanism of S. spp. was helpful to find new methods to the treatment of clinical drug-resistant S. spp. strains. Therefore, the serotype prevalence, drug resistance and the new progress of antibiotic resistance mechanism of β-lactam antibiotic, aminoglycosides,fluoroquinolones and tetracycline which are commonly used in the treatment of salmonellosis were overviewed in this paper, in order to provide a useful reference for the prevention and treatment of chicken salmonellosis.
