摘要
研究了坐标测量机面向尺寸(距离和直径)测量任务的不确定度评定问题,构建了尺寸测量任务的不确定度评定数学模型,提出了使测量不确定度优化的实验方法,并通过实验验证了所述方法的可行性。
By studying the uncertainty evaluation of Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)for dimensional measurement task(distance and diameter),this paper constructed the mathematical model for the evaluation of uncertainty of dimension measurement,which is verified by the experimental method proposed to optimize the measurement uncertainty.
