Safety Management Mode for Annual Maintenance of Water Works in Power Station

为深化"精益检修、安全管理"目标,实现岁修作业标准化、规范化、程序化和高效化要求,某电站结合多年现场岁修安全管理经验,对现场岁修任务和作业风险进行全过程分析,强化岁修过程风险管理控制,建立规范化岁修安全管理模式,有效防范了岁修安全生产事故发生,进一步促进了岁修安全管理水平提升。

In order to deepen the goal of"lean maintenance and safety management"and realize the requirements of standardization,routinization and high efficiency for annual maintenance operation,based on many years of experience in annual on-site maintenance safety management of one power station,the whole process of on-site annual maintenance task and operation risk is analyzed,the risk management control of annual maintenance process is strengthened,the standardized annual maintenance safety management mode is established,which effectively prevents the occurrence of production safety accidents and further enhances the safety management level of annual maintenance.
