摘要
为提高电网抗灾能力,电力调控中心组织建设备用调控系统。在备调系统与主调系统及数据网建设统筹规划的高度进行顶层设计,以技术创新为契入点,采用远程维护和自动数据同步技术,高效完成了备调系统建设,并将备调运维常态化,建立了实用化的备调管理机制。
In order to improve the anti-disaster capability of power grid,the power dispatching center organizes the construction of standby dispatching control system.The top-level design is carried out at the overall planning for the construction of standby and main dispatching systems,and data network.Starting from the technological innovation,the remote maintenance and automatic data synchronization technology are adopted to efficiently complete the construction of,make the normalized operation and maintenance of standby dispatching system,and also establish a practical management mechanism for standby dispatching.
