Strategy for Improving Safety Level of Power Grid Operation

提出基于多重化安措布置和严密安全监视考核的电网作业安全水平提升策略。在多重化安措布置方面,基于现场典型事例论述了多重化安措布置的基本理念,并论述其实施的基本原则。在严密安全监视考核方面,对现阶段的视频监控系统和"i国网"安全管控平台进行分析并提出意见,还论述了安全监视和考核之间的关系。

Based on multiple safety measures arrangement and strict safety monitoring assessment,the strategy for improving the safety level of power grid operation is proposed.In the aspect of multiple safety measures arrangement,this paper discusses the basic concept of multiple safety measures arrangement based on typical field cases,and discusses the basic principles of its implementation.In respect to strict safety monitoring and assessment,it analyzes the video monitoring system and the"i-state grid"safety management and control platform at present stage and puts forward suggestions,and also discusses the relationship between safety monitoring and assessment.
