摘要
介绍了阻尼材料减振降噪的原理,论述了汽车用水性丙烯酸阻尼涂料配方对其阻尼性能的影响。用悬臂梁法对比分析了传统沥青材料和水性丙烯酸阻尼涂料的阻尼性能。按计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析、工艺限制、路噪测试的正向开发流程,确定了试制样车的NVH性能控制方案。结果表明,在10~40℃范围内,水性丙烯酸阻尼涂料的阻尼性能比传统沥青阻尼材料好;喷涂1.9 m^2水性丙烯酸阻尼涂料和铺涂2.1 m^2传统沥青材料的路噪水平相当。水性丙烯酸阻尼涂料可以替代传统沥青材料,满足汽车NVH的要求。
The principle of vibration and noise reduction by application of damping materials was introduced.The effect of the composition of automotive waterborne acrylic damping paint on its damping property was introduced.The damping factors of a conventional asphalt material and a waterborne acrylic damping paint were measured by cantilever beam method and compared.The specification of NVH performance control for a trial model was confirmed through forward development process including CAE(computer-aided engineering)analysis,process constraint,and road noise test.The results showed that waterborne acrylic paint had better damping property than asphalt within the temperature range from 10℃to 40℃,and the performance of painting 1.9 m^2 of waterborne acrylic paint was similar to that of spreading 2.1 m^2 of asphalt.Waterborne acrylic damping paints,satisfying automotive NVH requirement,can replace conventional asphalt materials.
