摘要
唐钢二钢轧厂现有2座顶底复吹转炉,转炉平均冶炼周期为32.3 min。针对转炉冶炼周期长的实际情况,采取优化氧枪喷头参数、冶炼终点焦丁调渣工艺、提高一次拉碳出钢率和转炉留渣率等措施。生产实践表明,吹氧时间缩短0.8 min,溅渣时间缩短0.5 min,一次拉碳出钢率提高到70%以上,留渣率提高到80%以上,转炉冶炼周期缩短4.2 min,达到28 min左右。转炉生产效率明显提高,对国内同类型转炉具有明显的借鉴意义。
There are 2 top-bottom compound blowing converters in second steel making and rolling plant of Tangshan Iron&Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,the converter average tap to tap time was 32.3 min.In view of the actual situation of the long smelting cycle of converter,adopted optimizing the parameters of oxygen lance nozzle,carbon-adjusted slag process in smelting end point,increase one turning down ratio and remaining slag ratio were applied in converter smelting,measures etc.The production practice shows that the blowing oxygen time decrease by 0.8 min,slag splashing time decrease by 0.5 min,one turning down ratio increase above 70%,remaining slag ratio increase to more than 80%,and the converter tap to tap time shortens 4.2 min achieving 28 min or so.The production efficiency of converter obviously improves and the methods can be used for reference in the same type converter in China.
